I am currently the Legal Manager - (Collections & Corporate) with  Reliance Capital.

I have a total cumulative experience of more than 10 years.

I am based out of Delhi.

I currently handle the Collection/Recovery Cases, SARFAESI (pre sarfaesi notices to Physical Possession/Sale), Against Matters, NCLT Cases, Arbitration, S 138 NI Act Cases, Consumer Cases and accordingly co-ordinate with the police authorities / enforcement agencies and advocates.

I am Deblina Mitra. I completed my B.A, LLB from the Army Institute Of Law (AIL), Mohali in the year 2012.

I have more than 10 years of cumulative experience in the field of legal services.

I am Enrolled with the Bar Council of India and have a strong legal acumen focused in Corporate Law

I believe in timely delivering and providing comprehensive legal remedial solutions

I have a demonstrated history of working in the Financial Services & Banking sector with a high degree of confidentiality, quality and accuracy.

I am currently working as the Legal Manager (Regional Head) with Reliance Commercial Finance Ltd. And 
I was previously associated as an "Executive- Legal and Corporate Communications" with the Shyam Group of Companies. I was also associated as a "Legal Associate" with Sinha & Co., SKR & Associates and ICICI Bank respectively.

I was handling the Litigation matters of the company, in addition to the cases relating to SARFAESI, Arbitration, N. I Act, Labour Laws, Consumer Laws, Corporate Laws, NCLT, Intellectual Property Right and Insolvency matters all over India in Supreme Court, High Court, other Lower Courts and Tribunals which used to include matters relating to S.138 of N.I Act, S.9 / S.17 of the Arbitration Act, Liquidation / Winding-Up.

I was previously associated with the Corporate Legal Group of the ICICI Bank Limited, Kolkata.
