• Supervising them to reduce plant wastage by optimization of a higher recycling system to reduce the cost of production.
• Steering the team to finalize the plant up-gradation with new technologies for cost reduction.

• Making Machine wise spareparts report.
• Making daily job planning schedule.
• Making Shutdown planning.
• Maintaining AMC and its records.
• Preparing Budgets (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Vendor development and coordination’s.
• TotalProductive Maintenance (TPM)
• Project Execution
• Making BOM
• Responsible for OEE
• Plan to ensure effectiveness of HIRADEC and SOP’S
• Reduction of Unsafe conditions and unsafe act
• Managing external audits
• Reduction of recurring breakdowns
• Motivating employees for their dedicated effort for maximum benefits of organisation
