Hydrogel/scaffold fabrication: Protein-based scaffolds, mineralized based scaffolds, gradient hydrogels, (chitosan-mucin)-g-poly HEMA hydrogels, injectable hydrogels, Chitosan-methacrylate based hydrogels. ➢ Hydrogel characterization: SEM, AFM, Rheology, NMR, LCST curve, Raman Spectroscopy, Gel fraction, Swelling ratio, FTIR. ➢ Cell culture Work: Expertise in handling various cell lines such as MC3T3-E1, bEND5, F11, McCoy, HBMSCs, C2C12. ➢ RNA-related Work: Expertise in RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, Real-time qPCR, primer design. ➢ DNA-related Work: Agarose gel electrophoresis, Gel elution of PCR products, PCR purification. ➢ Protein-related Work: Western blotting and immunoprecipitation experiments with specific antibodies, AUC, CD spectroscopy. ➢ Microscopy: Live-Dead assay, Immunocytochemistry, histology imaging. ➢ In-silico analysis related Work: Predicting miRNA binding sites, Gene ontology analysis using miR-Walk webtool, clustal alignment tool. ➢ Other experiments: In-vivo experiments (Rat handling), histology block and slide preparation, FACs, CAM assay, Scratch assay.
