Hi, 

This is Deepak. I am 34 Years. Have one year diploma in yoga science and 200 HRS. TTC certificate in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa. Working in Vietnam from 2018.

          Senior Yoga Teacher, Since 2018 to till June 2023.

     2. Gold Gym and Fitness, Bao Loc, Lam Dong Province, Vietnam

         June 2023 to till present.

  • I am working here as a senior YOGA Instructor and managing all type indoor and outdoor activities for all age group    
  • Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement.
  •  Plan routines, choose appropriate music, and choose different type of YOGA movements for each muscles, depending on participants' capabilities and limitations.
  •  Teach proper breathing techniques used during physical exertion.
  •  Monitor participants' progress and adapt programs as needed.
  •  Teach and demonstrate the YOGA poses for beginner students.
