I am presently designated as Lead Piping Material Engineer with L&T Chiyoda India Pvt. Ltd., India, I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the position. Please find below a few of my key accomplishments:

• Gained experience at Munich & Dresden in Germany with Linde Engineering.
• Expertise in managing Piping Material, specifications, pipe classes and Design in accordance with the quality system and as per the Project / Client requirements.
• Actively co-ordinated with SP3D Administrator for Smartplant Material Reference Database (SPRD)
• Experience as piping specification-material engineer and through knowledge of material selection as per Project-process requirement and all international codes and engineering standards (ASME, ASTM, API, BS, EN).
• Have thoroughly participated in conceptual design, project specifications, FEED, basic engineering, extended basic and detailed design phases of projects.

A.     More than 16 years of experience in Piping Engineering / Material activities for Oil & Gas Refineries/Power plants.

B.     Piping Material Engineering which includes – Piping specifications, pipe classes, identifying customer (ITB) requirements, Raising Technical queries, Material selection, client specifications and engineering data

         Design Calculations, preparing checking and approving material specifications & Material requisitions, reviewing vendor offers, Vendor document reviews for piping items.  
C.     Correspondence with Project Customers / Consultant for finalizing Piping Items (Material Take off), preparation of Piping material requisition & purchase Requisitions.

D.     Activities and project control execution at Piping Material Lead Engineer.

E.      Understanding Client project & process requirements for Piping Specification and design arrangement.
F.     Assisting subordinate for Procurement activities & Site queries while post procurement activities & site construction.

G.     Preparing Quality Assurance procedures & ITP for Piping items for Procurements with subcontracting piping items.

H.     Selection of Piping components and special items with designing items, complying with the technical and safety requirements specified by codes Executing and performing calculations for piping components.

I have considerable experience as piping-material engineer and through knowledge of material selection as per Project-process requirement and all international codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, API, BS, EN, ISO, NACE). 
I am also experience as lead engineer activities like man-hr calculation, scheduling and cost estimation and enjoy working with team of engineers with my man-management skills. 

I had contributed in organization various development activities with effectively saving of cost in current & future projects Like
I am currently working as Piping material lead engineer at L&T-Chiyoda ltd. My previous employer were Fluor Daniel & Linde Engineering India.
