I have done my  LL.B from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Currently i am practicing law in Rajasthan Courts & High Court.

I have worked in the legal team of Banas Infra as a legal executive, earlier I was working with the corporate team of Winlegally, LLP, Ghaziabad, During my tenure, I have undertaken various assignments relating to  Commercial / Corporate Law, Arbitration Law , litigation, drafted opinions on legal matters, under Corporate Laws, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, labour laws etc., conducted legal due diligence and prepared relevant reports; drafted and vetted agreements which inter alia include, share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, asset purchase agreements, joint venture agreement, employment contracts, consultants contracts, distributorship agreements, NDA etc.. I have also attended negotiation meetings/conferences with seniors and revised the agreements based on the discussion, prepared general legal / transactional advisory.

I believe that my strong research and drafting skills, honed through my working experience, along with my dedication to learn and improve my professional capabilities as a lawyer make me a strong candidate for a position at your firm.

I am an articulate, conscientious, focused professional with excellent team-working and communication skills. I have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills and interpersonal skills. I am good at client management. I have strong organizational skills and a sense of legal thinking and the ability to work under pressure and meeting stringent timelines.
