@I am a quality-oriented professional who has consistently been appreciated for my focus by my co-workers and management. But most importantly what thrills me the most is my connection with students. I most often evaluate my sessions in terms of student participation and their eagerness to embrace the Art form. @@  @@I am particularly appreciative of the IB pedagogy which builds on a Learner-Centered Approach. Giving students opportunities to establish their success criteria and to work towards a shared goal without being judged is what I personally feel supports my Art form and substantiates my approach to facilitate the same. @@  @@Over the course of my teaching and learning, I’ve grown along with my students and only further enhanced my skill set along with curating an extensive curriculum and lesson planning to support the IBPYP curriculum. @@  @@Overall, I consistently thrive on multitasking, creative thinking, and teamwork abilities in every aspect of my role.
