I am a 26-year-old, 5.8 ft Asian man with over 6 years of diverse experience in the Food & Beverage industry, having worked in three renowned restaurants. From my role as Manager & Admin at Juggernaut Gardens of the Earth Pvt Ltd, specializing in South and North Indian cuisine, to my time as a Waiter at The Big Chill Cafe, known for its Italian-American offerings, I have gained valuable insights into fine dining and family restaurant operations.

As a polymath with multiple talents, I am dedicated to the culinary world as a food and coffee critic. I am passionate about seeking and nurturing talent, and I've honed my skills not only in restaurant management but also in areas such as design, sales, auditing, photography, and film production. My extensive experience includes serving food and beverages, which has taken me to various regions across India. I am well-versed in the standards of 3 & 5-star hotels and have successfully hired and trained a team of over 30 staff members, ranging from waiters to housekeepers and dishwashers.

While unmarried, I dedicate most of my time to exploring cafes and restaurants, continually expanding my culinary knowledge and experiences.

My expertise encompasses fostering a positive team culture, optimizing operations for profitability, and consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences. Throughout my career, I've demonstrated a commitment to innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement, contributing significantly to the success and growth of the establishments I've worked with.

Education

I completed my secondary education in 2017, excelling in an English medium curriculum. Subsequently, I pursued a diploma in graphics and website designing, augmenting my technical abilities. In addition, I voluntarily delved into the art of photography, honing my skills independently. My practical expertise in Food & Beverage management was acquired through hands-on learning at Gardens of the Earth, where I not only gained valuable experience but also earned certification in the field.
