Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review and estimate the tender inline with our company norms.
  • Ensuring on time submission of estimation and Tenders.

Project I: “Broadway Megaaplex” – Commercial Mall B1+B2+G+3 Floors (Multiplex, Hotels, Shopping centers) at Coimbatore, Project Cost : 155 Cr.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Budget, Cost to completion of project & Budget vs Actual.
  • To coordinate all resources required for the execution of the Project and completion on time with agreed budget.
  • Updating schedule by regularly monitoring the progress of execution, procurement and construction activities.
  • Floating Tender, Vendor negotiations by preparing comparison statements for third party works, Finalization & Issue of Work order as per the requirement.
  • Handling and Certifying the Main and Sub-Contractor Bills, preparing budget sheet and comparing the labor payment with the dossier rate.
  • Material reconciliation on monthly basis for all materials in order to enhance cost control by monitoring & tracking the material usage in site through reconciliation statement.
  • Identify required potential changes to the projects and ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impacts from value engineering.
  • Ensuring Client's specifications and requirements are implemented according to the agreed deliverables.
  • Meeting regularly with the Client, Contractors and Consultants to monitor and coordinate all phases of the construction project and obtaining on-time clearances.

Project I: “Akshaya Shanti” – Commercial B+G+6 Floors, Project Cost : 29.67 Cr.

Project II: “Akshaya Vaan Megam” – Residential G+3 Floors, Project Cost : 11.5 Cr.

Project III: “Akshaya January” – Residential B+G+14 Floors, Project Cost : 128.5 Cr.

Value Engineering: Akshaya Shanti, B Town, January, Tango, Vaan Megam

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Estimation of Master Quantities as per GFC Drawings & Specifications.
  • Floating enquiry, Vendor negotiations by preparing comparison statements for third party works, Finalization & Issue of Work order as per the requirement.
  • Preparation of Budget, Cost to completion of project & Budget vs Actual.

Project II: “KMBP” - Construction of Border Post in Kathmat Milaha, Build up area: 1.15 lakhs Sqm, Project cost: 17.25 Million Oman Riyal.

Project III: “RPC” - Construction of Police Complex in Reema Build up area: 1.2 lakhs Sqm, Project cost: 18.38 Million Oman Riyal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Estimation of Master Quantities as per drawings & specifications.
  • Monthly Contractors Bill preparation and follow up with the client on payment.
  • Handling Sub-Contractor Bills on fortnight basis.
  • Material reconciliation on monthly basis for all materials in order to enhance cost control by monitoring & tracking the material usage in site through reconciliation statement.
  • Preparation of Cost Implication between tender drawings and As-Built drawings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of BOQ & Tender Documents for the projects.
  • Estimation of Master Quantities as per GFC Drawings & Specifications.
  • Cash Flow statement Preparation in accordance to the site actual & Tracking.
  • Material reconciliation on monthly basis for all materials in order to enhance cost control by monitoring & tracking the material usage in site through reconciliation statement.
  • Preparation of Project Schedule using MS Project.
  • Identify the activities needed to complete deliverables, networking the activities in their logical sequence, developing schedule and budget.

  • Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de bottle necking.

Bachelor in Civil Engineering from A.C College of Engineering and Technology with CGPA of 7.29.
