Ocwen mortgage as financial planner involved in to analysing of the financial documents and making the right decision within the mortgage platforms of the customers

This helped give more insights in the budgeting and the forecasting Where you could assess the baseline for upcoming  forecast and guide the customers profile on the insurance values that could be leveraged for further investments 2007 to 2008

Oracle financial corporation this was a product based company the role yet remained of a financial planner. Here we had more focus on the costs and the KPI s that drive the Profitability, worked at divisional level consolidating for various regions across Europe.  This role was next level of exposure as compared to Ocwen, here the focus was driven from Reporting to actually working on the KPI s and making the profitable decisions and choices to improve the bottom line. Considering this was a divisional level role it gave exposure to various regions of Europe where UKEI was most dominant. 2008 through 2009

Short term Hands on experience on the Options and Future investment Took the sabbatical to run the Investment Operaitons on my own. Best bet was made using the Technical analysis candles and the decide in various investment points around being short or Long in Market. This went quite well for few years but then with growing challenges and economic  distress , could not pull this for long and switched back to work 2010 through 2012

Sigma Aldrich was an health care company were I continued with my initial role of Financial planning and analysis. Here we set up the basis structure of the Tram, I was the first person and team and was able to grow this form 1 to 10 members . We managed to bring in business and manage the Operations, however with time Company was dissolved and we had to leave the work 2012 to 2013

Currently working with Accenture for last 10 plus years and took 2 promotions from an Analyst to an Assistant Manager. The profile in Accenture is deep dive of the Financial planning and analysis Tole.

The profile is about managing both the top line and bottom line, it’s requires deep understanding of US GAAP policies.

The Revenue streams as top line are managed under my supervision and committed to the larger audience of market and Market unit within Accenture. We assess the Revenue of project by project basis the policies, where we define if the Revenue recognition would be As earned or Point in time or Percentage of completion. The type of work needs to be assessed before making the final decision of how to book the Revenue of the organisation.

Besides the Revenue being most critical component of Profitability, the roles demands a high level understanding of bottom line. The cost control measures the KPI evaluations and then bringing the pieces together to ensure we have the right profitability submitted MoM.

These all operations are performed using extensive tools built within Accenture , like Manage my engagement , Manage my pricing and SAP.
