Devanshu Khandelwal

Hi! My name is Devanshu and I have done B.Sc (HHA) from IHM, Delhi. I got laid off during the pandemic and decided to take some time off to reconsider my options.

I have decided to switch my career and I am hoping to get a job in HR as I am planning to do MBA in HR but I am open to other profiles as well.

During my last job I helped set up a restaurant from scratch and under my leadership it managed to reach the breakeven point in 3 months. I was in-charge of the staffing, budgeting, procurement, inventory management, sales and marketing strategies, customer acquisition, etc. Sadly, the restaurant had to be closed down after the pandemic struck and I was laid off. 

My education is in hospitality and covers all the basics as well as the managerial aspects of running a department as well as an entire business from hiring people to marketing and budgeting.
