  • Oversee HR & Administrative functions, including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, training & development.
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits and performance management.
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR team on compliance-related issues, and update policies and procedures based on changes in laws and regulations. 
  • Responsible for obtaining factory license, renewal or amendment, filing annual return
  • Responsible for maintaining safe and hygienic conditions, and providing facilities like lighting, ventilation, and drinking water.
  •  Report industrial accidents, keep records of worker attendance, wages, and working hours, provide restrooms, canteens, and first-aid facilities, and implement measures for worker welfare.
  • Responsible for the liaison with the Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board to obtain CTE and CTO, keep the ETP records, monitor effluent treatment plants, properly handle hazardous waste and its disposal through third parties, and submission of compliance reports to the department.
  • Responsible for fire safety of the employee, visitors, and the building premises, obtaining a fire safety certificate (NOC), installation of fire safety systems, regularly inspecting and maintaining systems, conducting fire drills, providing fire safety training, displaying fire safety information, storing flammable materials properly, and conducting regular fire safety audits. 
  • Responsible for determining the eligibility of the subsidy, applying for subsidy, reading guidelines, preparing necessary documents, applying online or submitting a hard copy, and following up with the relevant authority. Currently, I am working on PTUAS. 
  • Coordinate audits by regulatory bodies to check compliance with laws and regulations, prepare for non-compliance in a WHO GMP audit, identify areas of weakness, develop corrective action plans, review SOPs, internal records and procedures, conduct mock audits, training staff, and involve relevant personnel to ensure thorough review and address of all areas of concern. Thus minimizing the risk of non-compliance and maintaining compliance status. GMP Audit faced SFDA, Tanzania, Kenya, Malawi, Senegal, Peru, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Uganda, etc.   
  • Manage employee enrolment and contributions to social security schemes, and communicate with statutory bodies.
  • Oversee the company transportation and vehicle records; manage the company fleet of vehicles, schedule maintenance, and repairs.

  • Diploma in Labor Law, All India Institute of Management, Chennai 2009
  • B.Sc. from HNB Garhwal University, Dehradun 2001.
  • Certification:  Diploma in Labor Law from IIIMS, Chennai.
