During my clinical internship at Father Muller College of Physiotherapy, Mangalore (January 2025 – July 2025), I gained hands-on experience in both neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. I conducted over 50 comprehensive evaluations and developed 30+ individualized treatment plans, leading to a measurable 20% reduction in patient pain scores within four weeks.
