I am a passionate Mechanical Design Engineer with over six years of experience in the automotive and electric vehicle powertrain industries. I specialize in the mechanical structural design of electric motors, including Axial Flux and Radial Flux types. My expertise spans the entire product development cycle, from concept design and prototyping to production, process optimization, and mass production readiness.

At Quanteon Powertrain, I’ve led the design of high-performance motors for electric vehicles, conducted structural simulations, and collaborated closely with R&D, production, and quality teams. My past roles include designing electric go-karts, ATVs, and golf carts at Ekaksh Automotives, where I managed product development, international exports, and cost optimization strategies.

With advanced skills in CAD (CREO Parametric), FMEA (DFMEA & PFMEA), and a deep understanding of product reliability, I aim to continue contributing to innovative projects in the field of electric mobility.

I have over six years of experience in the automotive and electric vehicle industries, focusing on mechanical design and product development. At Quanteon Powertrain, I lead the mechanical structural design of Axial and Radial Flux motors for electric vehicles. My work involves creating detailed 2D and 3D designs, conducting structural simulations, and managing the full product development process, from concept to production readiness. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for mass production, conduct DFMEA and PFMEA, and streamline process flows.

Previously, at Ekaksh Automotives & Electricals, I designed electric go-karts, ATVs, and golf carts, leading projects from concept to production, and managing international exports. At Alpha Motorsports, I focused on designing and testing specialized vehicle components. My early career at Parson Engineers involved production management for diesel generator sets.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile Engineering from LNCT College, Indore (2017), affiliated with RGPV University. During my studies, I actively participated in various national-level competitions, taking on leadership roles in vehicle design projects for events such as Baja SAE India and Supra SAE India. Additionally, I completed a Certificate Training in PTC Creo Parametric CAD software from PTC University in 2015, further enhancing my design and CAD modeling skills.
