• DAB footprint study, layout study and rocking study.
• Develop test method, engineering reports, prototype designs, test execution support for product development.
• Design of plastic cover and housing component for airbag module. 
• DAB fixture and jig design.
• Preparing 2D & 3D to supporting tooling kick offs & documenting the designs as per Autoliv internal standard producers.
• Creating deployment test rigs for BMW IC module.
