Experience

Working on various tools such as SIEM-Qradar, Trend Micro, FireEye.

Responsible for managing successful resolution of Incidents within defined Service Level Agreements. 

This includes the escalation, communication and management of all Incidents and monitoring of other open Incidents, Service Requests.

Coordinating with On-call, Threat Intelligence for analysis of the threat related issues.

Monitoring Phishing activities targeting different regions and enforcing the controls for bringing them down.

Daily check on malicious Iogs shared by Cyber Threat Intelligence.

Monitoring social networking sites for security breaches
