● Job Responsibility/Knowledge:-

1. To work as in chemical department for proper functioning of shift and ensurework discipline and allsafety norms SOP is been followed during shift.
2. Production, Plant Abnormalities, Quality issues and Running process parameter updated on SAP & Excel Sheet.
3. All parameter controlling and maintain of H2SO4(Sulphuric Acid Plant), CS2(Carbon di- Sulfide Plant).
4. Knowledge of H2SO4(Sulfuric Acid Plant) shut-down Activity Process & after Shut down oil Firing Process.
5. Knowledge of CS2(Carbon di-sulfide Plant) deashing Activity Process.
6. DCS & PLC operation and parameter controlling & maintain of process through YOKOGAWA INDIA MAKE Centum-vp System.
7. Issue Work Permit (HITRA) to Service department.
8. Trained the subordinates for improving process,safety, as well as 5-S working system.
9. Responsible to carry out Kaizen and KPI activities.
10. Knowledge of IMS Related documentary.
11. WCM Activities(Departmental).
12. Utility Control.
13. Documentation and Reporting to Section Head(SH),& Department Head(DH).

• Handling of Equipment:-

1. Burner, WHB (Waste heat boiler), Cartridge filter, Gas Convertors, CHE & HHE, Blower, Drying Tower, Absorption Tower, PHE All type of equipment of H2so4 (Sulfuric acid) Plant.
2. CS2 furnace, Distillation column, cooling condenser, chilling condenser, all type of equipment of CS2(Carbon di-sulfide).
3. Pump like – Centrifugal pump, piston pump (Metering pump).
4. A Critical Pump Change over work.
