I was involved in the analysis the hydrogen bond interaction networks in high-resolution crystals structures of the following proteins Cytochrome c, Cytochrome c oxidase, and superoxide dismutase from PDB under the guidance of Prof. T. Ramasarma, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, India. The structural of analysis of the proteins revealed the mode of electron transfer. The works were published in peer reviewed journals.
