Dheeraj Sai Gandepalli

I am a passionate Electronics and Communication Engineering student at IIIT Hyderabad, pursuing a dual B.Tech + MS by Research degree with a focus on Analog and VLSI circuit design. My research experience at the Center for VLSI and Embedded Systems Technologies, under the guidance of Prof. Zia Abbas, has honed my expertise in low-power analog circuits, frequency compensation techniques, and precision reference design.

I enjoy tackling challenging design problems, from building rail-to-rail OTAs and folded cascode op-amps to developing bandgap references and low-dropout regulators, with an emphasis on achieving stability and robustness across process, voltage, and temperature variations. Alongside research, I serve as a Teaching Assistant, where I support students in strengthening their understanding of analog electronics.

With hands-on proficiency in tools like Cadence Virtuoso, MATLAB, and Verilog, I thrive at the intersection of circuit innovation and practical implementation. I aspire to contribute to the advancement of energy-efficient, scalable analog and mixed-signal systems while continuously learning and growing as a researcher and engineer.
