  • Actively participate in the process of "PADYATRI CAMP" arranged for the yatris coming from various locations to Dwarka on Holi.
  • Contracts for construction work and various horticulture related work for the Government department covered under CSR.
  • Part and parcel of various programs on the occasions (Navaratri, camps) in villages covered under CSR.
  • Contracting and Work orders (Project and steady state functions):
  • For steady state functions preparation and issuance of work orders related to maintenance services as per the requirement of plants and management.
  • Study state functions of - Hydrocarbon refinery:
  • All Commercial and Logistics functions for dispatch of finished products through all modes (Pipeline, Marine, Rail & Road)
  • Dispatch of finished products - Hydrocarbon refinery.
  • Logistics and dispatch planning with Public Sector units (IOCL, BPCL HPCL and Shell).
  • Logistics and dispatch planning for Retails outlets and receiving of products as per requirement of plant.
  • Day to day planning for placements of tankers / trucks / rakes for dispatch of product to depots and other retail outlets.

COMMUNICATION INDUSTRIES:

  • Land acquisition for Communication Towers.
  • Negotiation for rent and other terms with owners.
  • Cable laying permissions for crossing the cable under the track from Railway authorities (Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Bhavnagar)
  • Approvals and statutory permissions for tower and cable laying from local authorities (Gram Panchayat, Nagarpalika, R&B, GIDC etc)
  • Payment of property tax and other charges as per GOG notifications from local Governnrnt authorities.

  • New / Renewal of FSSI & Pesticide Licenses as per prevailing Acts and norms for various existing grocery stores (RSrnart, Reliance Fresh Reliance retails etc) from Food & Drugs / Agriculture Dept.
  • Identification of location of property as per the managements’ guidelines
  • Acquisition of properties for all formats.
  • Discussions and finalization of Commercial and legal terms.
  • Preparation of Lease deed, rent declaration, fund requests and Registration of agreements.
