• Spearheading implementation of processes, managing change and supporting effective management of change, in close coordination with the project steering board 

• Interacting with client regularly on a day-to-day basis for all operational issues & performance management and conducting conference calls with the overseas client 

• Empowering team and encouraging out of box thinking, innovation and new ideas generation and subsequently providing resources and platform to people for implementation of new ideas & suggestions
