I have done B.com and did a full-time human resources internship in Codevyasa. Now, I am looking for a full-time job to boost my career and to upgrade my skills and I am a self-motivated person who believes in succeeding senior's expectations with my high-quality work.

Having experience in Information technology with specialization in technical recruitment. Involved in full cycle recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, screening and placing personal in quick turnaround time. I have acquired very good management skills and can manage to do things under pressure in stipulated time period. Excellent at sourcing skills, employee references, networking etc. Excellent in utilizing web recruitment tools (Naukri.com , monster, Linkedln ) , personal database, reference and non-conventional methods of resources.

The highest degree I have done is Bachelor's of commerce and then I did a full-time internship as human resources where I got a chance to learn detailed process of sourcing, shortlisting, screening, interviewing and a lot more. the place where i got to know my skills and abilities and to learn alot more new things which would definitely help me in my future.
