My is MD Dilshad Moin I belongs to Ranchi Jharkhand. I have been living Hyderabad now .My Educational Qualification is B.C.A with 4 years experience as a Network Engineer and 4 years 6 months Desktop Support Engineer in ( windows .Linux .Mac OS) ,Currently work with RDP Pvt. Ltd As a Senior Inside Support Engineer .IT devices Implementing and troubleshooting. seeking for opportunity in Gulf as IT Support Engineer. 

4 Year working in United Telecom LTD. As Network & System Engineer and engaged in various Client  support with various Devices . Detailed experience gained through this project as given below:-

• Configuration Installation and Maintenance of LAN, MAN and WAN.
• OSI Reference Model, Topology, Ethernet, IEEE standards, Cables, TCP/IP Protocols, ISDN, FRAME RELAY, X.25.
• Connection and configuration of PC in workgroup and domain.
• Cisco Router (1700 series, 2600 series &3600)Switches
• Working on Lease Line with RAD(V.35 & G.703) & ASCOM (V.35 & G.703)
• Experience on current Network Technologies , Network protocols(including TCP/IP,RIP/EIGRP/OSPF,SMTP,DNS,NTP/SNTP), IP Telephone 

Bachelor Of Computer Application (BCA) from MANGALAM SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT & TECHNOLOGY , NEW DELHI (2008-2011).
