RESPONSIBILITIES AS PROJECT ENGINEER AND FIELD ENGINEER IN TRANS ASIA AND IN NARMADA 
OFFSHORE CONST PVT LTD. 
• Competent of Pre-commissioning activity like Cleaning , Gauging ,Water filling, Hydrotesting, Dewatering, 
Swabbing, EGP (Electronic Caliper survey), Air Drying/Vacuum Drying ,Nitrogen Purging. 
• Responsibilities include Engineering and Technical & Project Management for Pipeline Pre-Commissioning 
Services. Procedure Preparation & approval, Liaison with Contractor, Project Management, Resources 
Management. 
• Acquired exposure in pipeline pigging for gauging, base line survey, and tool running and caliper pigging 
Activities. 
• Conducted and inspected pipeline hydro test activities such as pre-testing of headers, water filling of Pipeline, 
pressurizing, pressure calculations, dewatering, swabbing, nitrogen purging, etc. 
• Handled decommissioning and pipeline pre-commissioning activities, oil pipelines, managed tie in of new 
pipelines etc., 
• Administered fabrication & erection of Structural Jobs and maintained its quality control procedures. 
• Identified job hazard, undertook risk analysis, implemented, and inspected all safety precautions at the worksite. 
• Co-coordinating and assisting the offshore projects, materials preparation, equipment’s function, engineering, 
and implementation of the projects. 
• Back support and preparation work for the project as per procedure, knowledge, experience, field studies and 
technical services. 
• Trained for safety monitoring during fabrication, oil and gas commissioning activities and Hydro testing etc., 
• Documentation of history sheet, test pack clearing, etc. 
TEXOL ENGINEERING PVT LTD. 
• Prepare the checklist for the customer's site readiness and arrange the customer's consent on site readiness 
through effective follow-up. 
• Simultaneously, get the project handover documents from the project department, scrutinize the documents for 
accuracy and completeness, assist the coordinator (C&Q) to prepare the cost estimate for the visit to the 
customers' site (with the day-wise plan, site schedule, boarding-lodging, local conveyance, etc.), and arrange to get 
approval from the top managment. 
• Before FAT (Factory acceptance test) complete P&ID walk trhugh has been done and list out the punch points and 
try to closing of the punch points before site mobilization. 
• Work/Service Order of Third Party Contractor (TPC) at the Customer's Site (after selecting a Validated TPC, 
receiving, comparing, and finalizing the quote from the TPC) and the Issuance-and-Receipt of the Work/Service 
Order by the TPC. 
• Upon reaching the Customer's Site, Arrange to Unload the Consignment (if in the scope) at/near the Customer's 
Facility. 
• Ensure the Gate Entry procedures, as per the Customer's pre-determined Material Entry procedures and the safe-
&-secure positioning of the Consignment at the pre-determined location of the Customer. 
• Arrange to Unpack the Consignment, Reconcile the material as per the pre-pared Packing List and Shift-&-Position-
&-Install the respective Systems/Equipment's at the precise location as per the pre-Approved relevant Drawings. 
• Site Piping Fabrication-&-Installation, as per pre-Approved Piping &Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID). 
• Insulation, as per Good Engineering Practices, Cable Tray, Conduit, Tubing and Cabling as per pre-Approved 
General Arrangement (GA) & Room Layout Drawings. 
• In the event the Assignment is that of Modification / Upgradation of a System supplied in the past, The Customer's 
requirements should be internally discussed, finalized, documented, compared with the past Documents, got 
analyzed-&-validated with the concerned internal Depts. for feasibility, got approved by the Customer for Scope-&-
Cost resulting in a Purchase Order from the Customer. 
• Adherence to the pre-Approved Completion Timelines. 
• Conformation to mandatory Regulatory requirements in terms of Statutory Certification and Quality Standards. 
• Maintenance of all relevant Site-related Records of Attendance, Update of Man-days, Daily/Weekly SAT updates, 
Deviation-&-Resolution updates. 
• The Site-Bill of the TPC/s are discussed-&-finalized and that there are no doubts / disputes. All the necessary Site 
Expenditures should result in Invoices that are unambiguous, reasonably justifiable and optimally quantified. 
• Regular Verbal-&-Written Communication with Head Office / HOD .
