  • Audit Support: Providing comprehensive information and support to both internal and statutory auditors during audit processes.
  • Foreign Transactions: Managing imports payments and resolving any issues with the Import Data Processing and Monitoring System (IDPMS) and Export Data Processing and Monitoring System (EDPMS) efficiently.
  • Stock Management &Audit: Overseeing the inventory stores and actively involved in the Inventory stock audits & reporting. Actively involving in Stock Inward and GRN process.
  • Tax Assessment Assistance: Assisting in handling Tax assessments, providing support and documentation as needed.
  • General Ledger (GL) Management: Prompt verification and immediate rectification of any discrepancies in the GL to uphold accounting standards.
  •   Independent Work Ethic: Demonstrating the ability to work independently, taking initiative and responsibility for tasks, timely closure and driving outcomes.
  • Debtors Management: Systematic maintenance of the Debtors database and timely follow up for payments.
  • Statutory Payments: Timely Statutory Payments like GST, TDS, PT, and EPF etc.
  • Month End Close: Coordinating month-end closing processes.
