I have spent over 25 years in the technology business sector, helping them build and manage high-growth organizations.
My experience includes working within prominent business units such as Enercon, Wartsila, Hitachi, LG Electronics, Voltas, Gmmco (Birla Group) Sterling & Wilson (Shahpoorji Palloni Group), Murugappa Group and Videocon Group and in senior executive roles within mid-sized organizations such as Kaps Engineers, Western, Jyoti & Tuflex.
Currently, I am working for Kaps Engineers as PAN India's Sales, Marketing & services head.
I possess key skills required to excel in any; sales & marketing, business development, service, or client-facing role where empirical results are essential criteria for success. These skills include developing & implementing sales strategies, SWOT & competition analysis, team leadership & development, developing & maintaining client relationships, and monitoring and controlling sales operations including forecasting, budgeting, and MIS through utilizing supporting tools like CRM, SAP, etc.
My professional roles include PAN India positions in areas such as sales & marketing, Business Development, client service & CRM.
I am a person of integrity, professionally focused, and a team player who brings energy and intelligence to whatever I undertake.
I completed my BE - Electrical in 1995 (LDCE, Ahmedabad), MBA-Marketing in 2005(IGNOU), Strategic Management- IIM Calcutta in 2013, Executive MBA-Operations, Decision Science & Finance in 2016 (NMIMS – medalist), Master in Data Analyst from Edureka in May 2021, Masters in Digital Marketing from Simplilearn in Jan 2021 and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in August 2020.
