• Review BOQs, tender drawing, project specifications 
• Preparation of variation, variation orders, claims, and follow ups for its approval and maintaining proper change management Register.
• Review and preparation of final accounts. 
• Ensuring the delivery of material to the project are as per the budget or not.
• Ensuring all the resources allocations are in line with budget.
