I am a seasoned enterprise architect with diverse knowledge of technology
delivery and consulting. Having worked in global markets of USA, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa,
picked-up a good deal of expertise in advising clients on IT architecture at both enterprise and solution
levels. Enabled my clients to build viable, end-to-end solutions that align with long term business
strategies as well as present requirements. I have led IT, non-IT projects across various industries
including banking & finance, manufacturing, life sciences, travel, utilities, telecom, & retail domains
for over 25 years.

Sustainability (Green IT, renewable energy and social media domains)
• Conceptualizing and architecting sustainability data collection frameworks for shareholder
annual reporting, incorporating social, natural, and human resources metrics selected from
GRI, SDG, and WSA standards while ensuring principles of materiality, accuracy, clarity,
comparability, timeliness, and reliability.
• In renewable energy (solar) core industry, ran quality assurance in manufacturing and
marketing. Later for power plant project installation, made design, sizing, bidding in various
socio-economic areas, eg., village, island, forest, city, and desert, and evaluating benefits.
• Architecting pharmacovigilance data extraction from social media except drug abuse noise.
• Analysing enterprise problems in environmental, socio-economic, regulatory, and
technological contexts to conceptualize solution options in terms of people, process, planet,
and technology.
• Tracking business and technology (green IT) trends through online research from industry
journals, analyst reports, and stakeholder workshops focused on health, environment, and
social impact areas.
• Developing consulting approaches for guiding custom/industry specific use of ESG maturity
reporting frameworks (eg, MSCI, CDP, S&P) for the organizations’ sustainability risk and
opportunity management.
Enterprise and Solution Architecture (Business process automation)
• Conducting business driver analysis by understanding organizational business vision, strategy, and problem situations at the business-IT intersection.
• Articulating problem statements, formulating business cases, solution hypotheses, identify
scope, approach and cost for engagements (e.g., RFI/RFP or solution initiatives).
• Performing business value analysis to rationalize IT decisions among the stakeholders.
Establishing traceability by scoring (multi-attribute decision analysis tools AHP) options.
Managing application portfolio of an enterprise in a cost-effective way.
• Utilizing strategic thinking tools such as SWOT analysis, balanced scorecards, and design
thinking models for building architecture strategy and effectiveness.
• Managing client engagements, communication, reporting, facilitating stakeholder workshops,
collaborating with teams & clients to achieve goals within cost and timeline.
• Keeping abreast of the technology trends, industry best practices, and reference architectures
to incorporate in solution recommendations and using latest architecture development and
analysis methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ATAM, PACE, SOA, SOAR).Agile and DevOps (IT process efficiency)
• Analysing stakeholder and organizational context to drive engagement strategies, such as
multispeed IT and architectural runway for each.
• Managing software delivery following delivery models (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and tilizing
process/project management frameworks (CMMI, ISO, PMP, ITIL, SixSigma).
• Designing IT process automation, DevOps (including SRE), to ensure efficiency through:
◦ Monitoring and analysing process data (observability) using tools like
Prometheus/Grafana, ELK stack, AWS CloudWatch etc.

◦ Implementing configuration management, utilizing tools such as Ansible, Terraform,

• Automating helpdesk for enterprise IT, end-user IT, and business functions (HR) use cases
through AIOps tools like Ignio (closed loop AI) and conversational AI chatbot (Microsoft).
• Scope Identification and architecting implementation NFRs for microservice APIs,
transforming legacy document management systems.
• Developing cloud migration (increasing reliance on cloud native tech stacks) infrastructure
architecture designs, estimations, and plans.
