Experience
Air Products and Chemicals Inc. (2021 - Till Date)
- Prepared BFD-Block Flow Diagram, PFD-Process Flow Diagram and P&ID-Piping and Instrumentation Diagram in accordance with Project specific requirements and as per FLUOR standard.
- Executed assigned work in accordance with project standard by converting Clients standard P&IDs into Air Products (APCI) Standard, within the allocated man-hour by meeting project milestones and client’s requirements.
- Quality checks of P&IDs in terms of Data Validation, Tag Numberings of Plant Items, Connectivity between P&IDs, project specific standards, Revision Updation and publish P&IDs to SmartPlant Foundation for MTO purpose.
- Participate in creating Line List, Equipment List, Cause and Effect matrix and various such types of report liaising with Process Engineers.
- Participated in building up co-relation between SPPID and SPF (Smart Plant Foundation).
2. Linde Engineering (2015-2021)
- Acted as a Lead designer and managed a team of 22 designer includes third-party designers. Tracking of daily activities
along with monitoring and reporting progress to Deputy Manager
- Drafting of P&IDs, Fire and Safety Plot Plan, PFDs, UFDs and other technical drawings
- Provided software training to New Joiner and Site Managers
- Around 1100 intelligent P&IDs were redrafted in Comos P&ID and AutoCAD 2D with liaising with various Plant Engineers for query resolution
- Populate all relevant attribute of Pipeline, Components and Instruments in SmartPlant P&ID
- Line List, Equipment List and MTOs were also extracted from redrafted P&IDs which were used to pre-order Plant Items
- Developed QC method to maintain quality and minimize the risk of quality.
