3-- diabetes-- help people in understanding why their sugar level fluctuate and what they should be eating to manage the condition. ( depends on type 1 or 2).encourage them to be physically active.
4- kidney disease- understand the stage and provide complete diet therapy and manage symptoms like edema and blood pressure with food and counselling.
