While working for R.M. Group at their Baddi, plant, besides purchasing for engineering stores, I’m also responsible for the general upkeep and administration of Pant and Admin office. I also assist HR in asset care and act as main point of contact for all activates like pest control , security , fire alarm ,Good housekeeping as well release of PO to small vendors and review of timely contracts for Annual Maintenance .

I make MIS reports and trackers to ensure that department working led to the timely disbursement of orders and their invoicing as per agreed payment terms with the clients along with meeting my  plant -level deadlines, which are mapped and reviewed timely. This allowed me to provide data along with my inputs and feedback to my superiors in decision making and group profitability and deliverables. In process, have developed strong leadership, time management and team working skills during my time at the Group. This experience and skill set will help me adapt to the complexity of managing as an efficient purchase department.

I am an Engineer, specialization in Production , with emphasis on Total quality management and manufacturing of engineering parts , after that , I have done my MBA in finance , this helped understanding , how manager decisions affect P&L of company .
