I have a diverse career journey spanning across multiple roles and industries. 

I have spent 2 years at Shoppers Stop as a Store HR, where I managed various HR functions and contributed to building a positive work environment. My next role was with Stryker, where I spent 3 years as an HR Generalist and L&D Coordinator. In this capacity, I supported HR operations, employee development, and organizational learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting employee growth.

This broad range of experience has equipped me with strong HR skills, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and performance management.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) which provided me with a strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills. Building on this, I pursued an MBA in Human Resources, where I gained comprehensive knowledge of HR management, organizational behavior, and strategic HR practices. This combination of technical and business-focused education has enabled me to effectively bridge the gap between HR functions and organizational goals.
