Diya Krishna

I'm Diya Krishna P R, a passionate 2D Animator and Illustrator based in Thrissur, Kerala. With a BA in Animation and Graphic Design from St. Joseph College of Communication, I bring storytelling to life through expressive character animation and compelling visuals. My creative journey includes producing short films like The Last Snack and Irutt, which explore imaginative narratives and culturally rich folklore.

Skilled in digital illustration, animatics, and visual storytelling, I’ve had hands-on experience at Egllu Animation and VFX Company as a 2D Animation Intern. Whether it's crafting engaging characters, designing impactful posters, or breathing life into animatics, I aim to blend emotion, movement, and design to create memorable experiences. I work across platforms using tools like Adobe Animate, Photoshop, After Effects, and Procreate.

I'm constantly exploring new styles and techniques to refine my craft and tell stories that resonate.

I am a 2D Animator and Illustrator with hands-on experience in animation production, digital illustration, and visual storytelling. I completed a BA in Animation and Graphic Design from St. Joseph College of Communication in 2025. During my studies, I created original short films including The Last Snack and Irutt, managing everything from storyboarding and animatics to final animation and sound design.

I interned as a 2D animator at Egllu Animation and VFX Company, where I contributed to animation projects and refined my skills in industry-standard tools like Adobe Animate, After Effects, and Photoshop. My work focuses on character-driven storytelling, culturally inspired themes, and dynamic visual design.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Animation and Graphic Design from St. Joseph College of Communication, Kerala, graduating in 2025. The program provided a strong foundation in 2D animation, illustration, visual storytelling, and design principles. During my studies, I completed multiple creative projects, including original short films and animatics, gaining practical experience in both traditional and digital animation techniques.
