Experienced academician and examination management professional with over 14 years of expertise in Electronics, Instrumentation, and Control Engineering, coupled with strong administrative skills in examination coordination and academic accreditation. An accomplished academician and examination management expert with over 14 years of experience. He currently serves as a Senior Consultant (Exams) at the National Testing Agency (NTA), where he leads the administration of India’s most critical national-level exams, such as NEET (UG), JEE (Main), and CUET. His leadership has driven digital transformation, process improvements, and enhanced transparency across exam operations, benefiting millions of candidates.

In addition to his examination management expertise, Dr. Devvrat has a strong academic background as an Assistant Professor in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He has contributed significantly to curriculum design, student mentorship, and academic accreditation. His technical proficiency spans areas like embedded systems, control engineering, and psychometric analysis.

Throughout his career, Dr. Devvrat has demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation in both teaching and examination processes.

Dr. Devvrat holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MVN University, where his research focused on the design and development of an automated hydroponic system. He also earned an M.Tech in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Control and Instrumentation from J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, with a dissertation on fuzzy control systems. Additionally, he completed a B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Apeejay College of Engineering, where he developed a home automation system as his final project.
