Dr. Lakshmi. KN is a highly organized, take-charge Administrative, Human Resources, and Research Professional with over 12+years of expertise in a various sectors and designations. She holds an MBA (HR & Marketing), MSc in Psychology. She also holds a Ph.D. in Emotional Intelligence and has published numerous research papers on the subject. She has expertise in delivering excellence in the field of Management concepts and in Emotional Intelligence. She was invited as a "Guest Faculty Speaker" for various organizations. She had awarded for "Best Winning Paper" and "Research Excellence." She is the Core Organizing Member (AHRC) of the Amaravathi Human Resources Chapter and a member of the National Human Resources Development Network (NHRD). She is having a high level of initiative in curriculum related as well as extra-curricular areas, congenial learning techniques to instill enthusiasm in students with emphasis on value education to foster their development to their utmost potential.
