Greetings! 

I am Dr Madhu, a Techno-commercial person. I have experience of 29 years, and now working as a President Infrastructure Business and working in Sales, Marketing and Business Development, Project Development and Project Management. 

I have completed my highest level of education in Civil and Structural Engineering (Diploma Civil, Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Mastet of Technology in Structural Engineering, Ph D in Structural Engineering from IIT Bombay India, and the Post Doctorate in Structural Engineering from University of Arizona Tucson USA. I enjoy my work and also enjoy extensive travelling as it gives me opportunity to meet different people, connect  different organisations, so it ultimately enhances my horizon. I am open to work on any challenging product, project development.

I am very good at working in the team and leading the team my maintaining the healthy work culture and I encourage team members to take ownership of the work for successful completion of the given task.

I always follow the instructions from Top Management and with my interpersonal skillset penetrate the commands to my team members.

I enjoy daily exercise and keep myself fit for possible physical challenges needed at my work.
