I have 15 years of enriched experience in hospital and healthcare administration, with extensive exposure to clinical operations, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.  

I am currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Sava Aayush Hospital (A unit of the Aayush Group of Hospitals). I bring extensive administrative experience from my previous tenures at Sterling Hospitals, Wockhardt Hospitals, and Shree Giriraj Multispecialty Hospital.  

A healthcare management professional with over 15 years of progressive experience across medical administration, hospital operations, and unit leadership. Started career as a Medical Officer/Registrar at N. M. Virani Wockhardt Hospital, gaining strong clinical and medico-administrative exposure, followed by roles in billing, clinical audit, OT & Endoscopy administration, and quality improvement.

Progressed to Medical Administration Executive and later Head – Medical Administration at Sterling Hospitals, handling multi-department coordination, consultant management, quality inputs, and cost-effective operational policies. Advanced to Senior Manager – Medical Admin & Operations at Shree Giriraj Multispeciality Hospital, leading large clinical and non-clinical departments, emergency consultant scheduling, P&L involvement, and operational governance.

Currently serving as Unit Head at Aayush Group of Hospitals, managing complete hospital operations including HR, Finance, Marketing, Pharmacy, Clinical and Non-Clinical departments. Successfully contributed to corporate integration, cross-unit collaboration, and policy development. As Unit Head at Surendranagar, achieved revenue growth from ₹1.5 Cr to ₹2.5+ Cr, improved EBITDA to 15%, executed renovation and process improvement projects, built strong leadership teams, and led the hospital to NABH 6th Edition accreditation (Nov 2025).

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Homoeopathic Medicine (B.H.M.S.) along with postgraduate qualifications, including an MBA, PG Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (PGDHHM), and PG Diploma in Medico-Legal Systems (PGDMLS) from reputed institutions such as Gujarat University and Symbiosis University, Pune. Additionally, completed LL.B. from Saurashtra University, providing strong expertise in healthcare administration, management, and medico-legal matters.
