Dr Neerja Mallick

Working as Administrative Head of a leading University of Central India, involved in policy making decisions and dealing with internal and external liasioning.

Currently I am working as Registrar of People's University, Bhopal that educates around 5000 students every year from all over the country, handling overall administration of the University with a clear vision for developing the University into a Centre of Excellence by aligning department goals with University's strategic plans. I have  about 26 years of experience with a PhD in Science,and trying to always excel  in academics and administration. Total experience of working in senior position in administration is more than 10 years and working as members of various academic and administrative committees. Possess complete understanding of the acts, statutes and ordinances of the University and the various regulatory bodies and councils associated with University and try to create a culture of compliance within the University with all stakeholders and align all activities within the University with all regulations. I am a registered NAAC Assessor, am well read about the UGC guidelines for a Private University setup, NEP and the curricula development as per NEP guidelines. i have published research papers in many National and International journals, guided Ph.D students and have 1 patent application.
