I am Medical graduate with post graduation in Hospital and healthcare management from BITS Pilani, with total 16 years of experience in diversified sector from Healthcare BPO, Healthcare KPO, Medical education, Medical writing, Medical content development, community health programs and setting up of Healthcare projects

Experienced as a Program Director and have almost 16 yrs experience in Project Management, Program Management related to Medical Education, Community Health, and the Medical writing field. Have experience working in a community related to Menstrual hygiene, TB elimination advocacy program, Manyata Guidelines, and skilling and upskilling programs related to Covid with Maharashtra State Government and Andhra Pradesh State Government. 

1. Prepared project proposals, related to the Healthcare Skilling project In Pune for Huwaei company. Similarly made proposals related to Hemodynamic monitoring for SMITH Medical, and submitted few more proposals to JP Morgan and GE Healthcare
2. Working as chairperson for the center of excellence team and supervising 12 subject matter experts. Responsible for content conversion into AR/VR and metaverse format
3. Coordination with external stakeholders like Government bodies affiliating and accreditation bodies, UNICEF, Other universities, and NSDC.
4. Responsible for overall budget utilization, Project milestones achievement, recruiting and supervising 100 plus associates under me
5. Impact assessment of Strategic and core initiative of Menstrual hygiene, Manyata training, TB elimination program as well as First Aid and CPR training
6. Community health initiative related to Menstrual hygiene awareness, TB elimination, and First aid and CPR.

QUALIFICATION:

• M.Phil Hospital and Health System Management, BITS Pilani, Rajasthan.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Healthcare Management (PGDHHM) from SDHC Center, Full time regular course from Symbiosis university, Pune.
• Bachelor of Ayurveda and Medicine Science (B.A.M.S) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.
