* Responsible for leading the University towards achievement of its research, educational and community engagement goals consistent with the University’s Strategic and Reconciliation Action Plan.

* Responsible for providing academic and strategic leadership in all matters relating to the University. 

* To oversee the office of Leadership and provide strategic advice on issues affecting People.

* To assist the University to build strong networks and positive communities with strong involvement and deep understanding of the issues relating to and affecting the People.

* To design and execute plans to restructure strong support partners with cutting-edge technology, striking a pivotal role in the delivery of knowledge & awareness. 

I am Prof (Dr.) Parsanjeet Kumar, presently serving as Pro Vice-Chancellor at Noida International University, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR and had been associated with many other Institutions of repute of Higher Education i.e.- Jaipur National University, SV University, Subharti University, Sharda University, Sharda Group of Institutions etc. in different academic/administrative domains & capacities, in addition to that I am associated with several autonomous central Govt. bodies/organizations like NAAC, NUEPA, NBA & QCI to have the privilege of honing my abilities and capacities.

I have successfully manoeuvred and delicate balance of a background that blends hand on involvement with managerial engagement to create profitable communication and services with a proven success of boosting leadership actions, I bring over 24 years of extensive experience, 14 of those years were served exclusively in the capacity of executive administrator (Pro Vice-Chancellor, Director, Principal) in various organizations involved in the implementation of Higher Education Belief, Values, Understanding and Working legacy.
