• Directing and Supervising the activities of state-of-the-art Medical  Laboratory, and in the implementation of all the regulatory bodies’ {viz:- ISO 15189-2012 Accreditation, HAAD/DOH (Health Authority/Department of Health, Abu Dhabi, JCIA (Joint Commission of International Accreditation, USA, DAMAN Insurance in Abu Dhabi, and CAP (College of American Pathologists)} policies and procedures in the Laboratory...

• Updating and reviewing testing methodologies. 

• Providing essential interpretation of testing results together with relevant information for diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of diseases/impairments or for general health assessment and discussing the same with the referring Physicians.... 

• I was the Team Leader for the ISO 15189-2012 and CAP Accreditation

• I possess the CAP (College of American Pathologists) certification for supervisors’ inspection level.... 

• Well experienced in conducting CME Programs..
