With a passion for preventive dentistry and public health, I have managed large-scale educational campaigns, led multi-team operations, and delivered direct patient care across diverse clinical settings.

Most notably, I led the Bright Smiles, Bright Futures initiative in collaboration with Colgate and the Oral Health Promotion Foundation, reaching over 500,000 students across Rajasthan with impactful oral health education. My clinical skills are backed by experience in prosthodontics, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and community-based care.

I have built a well-rounded professional journey across clinical dentistry, public health, and leadership roles. Currently, I’m working as a Dental Programme Officer with the Oral Health Promotion Foundation in Jaipur, where I lead a large-scale oral health education initiative with Colgate’s Bright Smiles, Bright Futures program, reaching over 5 lakh school students across Rajasthan. My work involves strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and creating engaging, age-appropriate content to promote preventive oral care.

Before this, I worked as the Head Dentist at Deshmukh Clinics in Pune, where I managed clinic operations, streamlined workflows, supervised a team, and ensured efficient, patient-centered care. Earlier, as an Associate Dentist at Krishna Dental Care in Solan, I conducted dental outreach programs, school-based sessions, and rural health camps, which strengthened my community engagement and public health experience.

Alongside my clinical work, I’ve contributed to research and community health programs, led volunteer initiatives like blood donation camps, and even ventured into entrepreneurship with my handmade brand Zodaraa. My journey reflects a balance of clinical expertise, public health leadership, creativity, and continuous learning, all driven by my commitment to make healthcare more accessible and impactful.

hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from M.N. DAV Dental College & Hospital, Solan, where I maintained consistent academic excellence and took on leadership roles as both Class Representative and Student Council Member. I also earned distinctions in Oral Surgery and Orthodontics, which strengthened my clinical foundation and interest in patient-focused care. I completed my higher secondary education at JK Public School, Jammu, with a strong academic record.

To further enhance my professional skills, I’ve pursued several advanced certifications in 2025 — including the McKinsey Forward Program, which helped me develop leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; a Programme Management Course from Learntube that deepened my understanding of project planning and coordination; a Scientific Writing Course from Udemy to strengthen my research and communication abilities; and an Oncology & Diabetes Nutrition Course from Bemedic Academy, which expanded my knowledge of evidence-based dietary management for clinical cases.
