Equine Veterinarian  -  Equine Hospital -  Petra, Jordan

  • Clinical responsibilities include routine/emergencies of equines in OPD, follow-up care in IPD at the hospital.
  • Responsible for diagnosis, preventative medicine, treatment of disease, animal welfare, nutrition of equines.
  • Invited by ‘Petra Development and Tourism Authority’ to support and advice for care and management of equines (horses, ponies, mules and donkeys) at Petra, Jordan.

  • Oversee internal medicine and surgery by ambulatory coverage – routine care /call outs of equines.   
  • Managed equine emergencies (colic, sustained injuries & accidents), performed complex procedures.       
  • As head of equine health section, lead a team of 07, management of illness & systemic diseases in equines.
