Earlier I was working with M/s. Kansai Nerolac Paints from July 1995 to Nov-2013. Apart from Project, maintenance, procurement I am also having experience in Industrial Safety & statutory compliances with various government authorities. e.g. MIDC, MPCB, DISH, Explosive License, Solvent License etc

• Currently working as Assistant Manager – Corporate Engineering with M/s. Berger Paints India Ltd., Jejuri, Pune; leading team size of over 50 (Shift Engineers, Section Engineers, Various Contractors, Vendors & Agencies) with proven results in spearheading entire gamut of functions including Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Piping, Instrumentation Engineering and managing CAPEX worth INR 5 to 10 Cr per year (Excluding Major Projects) on an average and making justifications in coordination with top management for execution.
• Pioneered all aspects of project including in-house engineering, procurement, construction, interfaces, administration functions and all external work undertaken by contractors and consultants throughout the design, supply, construction and commissioning phases of the projects
• Strong exposure about audits and certifications including ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001, British Safety Council related documentation and implementation for Engineering department, including making & execution of Preventive Maintenance Plan, Predictive Maintenance for the Equipment
• Rich experience in performing TPM, predictive, preventive & troubleshooting / breakdown maintenance and testing of all plant instrument process monitoring & control protective equipment
• Excellent in coordinating, planning/ implementing changes to technology, equipment, process methodology and directing quality assurance & control systems and reporting procedures
