Role
  • Recording the Credit activities (Drawdowns, Paydowns, Rollovers and GC) in Geneva application for securities like TL, DD, RV for the funds allotted.
  • Preparation of Capital activities included Capital Call, Distribution notices to Investors.
  • Involved in the end-to-end activities involved in the preparation of partner’s capital account statement which include Cash Reconciliations, Position reconciliation and Interest recon with Client report and Loan-ops file.
  • Reviewing the accrual posting during the month end and posting reclassification entries in Geneva.
  • Ensure all valuations are done as mentioned in Limited Partners Agreement and expenses are calculated accurately.
  • Preparing the Management Fees and Performance fee as per the LPA or side letters. 
  • Responsibility is to understand the Audit queries and then provide solutions.
  • Funds NAV calculated on Geneva application & Investor Statements prepared on the Investran.
  • Calculation of Quarterly Income distribution.
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly IRR, ROA & ROE reports.
  • Investran
  • Creation of new deals, positions and strategy.
  • Tagging of legal entities with respective deals and positions.
  • Posting user defined Journals entries.
  • Posting bulk journals entries with the help of DIU template.
  • Bridge AT (Automatic Transfer), Fund allocation and posting Partner’s transfer.
  • Generating Partner’s Capital account statement, Financial Statement and Capital activities through Reporting Services.
  • Creation of Investors and Investor specific details, like LP number, contact details and Commitment update.
