* Currently working for NEC Tender Team (North Europe Cluster) for Germany Country handling Ocean Tenders and contracting effectively and delivering the quality within deadline.

Roles and Responsibilities:

➢ Managing and filing of global ocean tenders which received on Salesforce application or via Email.

➢ Making sure converting customer file in Maersk format using Excel for smooth pricing process.

➢ Keen to update all the information related to Maersk Products and services to without any errors.

➢  Co-ordinating with Sales,Pricers and KAM to get Tender filled correctly and fullfill requirements of Customers.

➢ Offering Ocean freight rates to customers and supporting to sales team to negotiate rates and offers the best rates.

➢ Submitting of tenders within deadline and make sure no penalty and revenue leakage or loss to Maersk and customers.

➢ Assisting customers in any disputes and resolving escalations for better customer service.

➢ Making sure to do self Audit of tenders and store the file in Share-drive for future references.
