Am Dwarak Raj, having ~10 Years of IT experience, with sound experience in executing full life cycle of software testing (includes Automation, Manual Web Testing and Mobile app testing); ramping-up the same within time, budget & quality parameters, as per best practice guidelines. Experience

  • Prioritize tasks based on requirement from Product team and include during Sprint Planning.
  • Estimate QA hours for the tasks and aligning them to respective QAs based on their availability, bandwidth, and knowledge.
  • Conduct daily scrum, remove impediments for QA team
  • Verify the daily automation reports for regression suite and share to stakeholders.
  • Getting the FIGMA design, review Test Cases, get review comments, fix review comments, allocate resources to features based on bandwidth.
  • Update Confluence, tracker before every release.
  • Analyze the priority based on the emergency and sort accordingly in JIRA board
  • Plan and attend Refinement meeting with Product managers and get their requirement
  • Leading the team in technical front, approach specific team to get their tasks completed
  • Documented integration issues and vulnerabilities and outlined improvement recommendations.
  • Review test cases and quality and identified additional areas to review.
  • Developed and implemented automation scripts using Appium and Python
