• Electrical Project Management Professional with 27+ years of experience in planning to execute and finalize projects according to deadlines and budget, to acquire resources and co-ordinate the efforts of team members/third party contractors/consultants to deliver projects according to plan and to oversee the quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
• Expertise in coordinating with site in-charge, designers, engineers, contractors, and MEP subcontractors to ensure timely execution of projects with proper quality.
• Profound understanding of executing and completing various EPC projects (like Infrastructure/Substations/Commercial/Residential/Healthcare/facility/Industrial/Educational Institution Projects) of power distribution in GCC (Doha-Qatar/Bahrain) and India.
• Supervise multiple projects site operations & manage technical function, check & approve indent for material, prepare project budget & get approval from Management.
• Liaison with Government Agencies, Statutory Compliance, and Electrical Safety, delays and downtime Analysis, Control to increase the availability of the Electrical Equipment.
• Proficient in developing project plans & managing the project considering integration across all Technical, commercial & liaison areas and necessary approvals.
• Accountable for the quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to MEP discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
• Ensure periodic site inspection of construction activities and ensure the Contractor’s adherence to Construction documents and local codes and statutory requirements.
• Support quality assurance and HSE compliance audit for civil projects and reviews in accordance with Project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams in line with the design strategy & criteria in line with clients' requirements.
• Skilled in independently handling onsite support activities like SAT/Pre-Commissioning testing activities.

• Bachelor of Degree of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai – India (Anna University) 
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP®) from Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Charted Engineer (Electrical) from The Institute of Engineer (India)
