I have Well Experience and Knowledge of Water Analysis for the 'RO & DM WATER Waste Water Boiler Water and Condensate Water sample analysis like pH, Conductivity, TDS & FRC, Silica, Iron, Phosphate, Manganese, Calcium, Magnesium, Sulphate, TH, CO2,Ammonia, TSS, Turbidity, Biological Test, Chemical Concentration Test, COD, BOD and DO Analysis. 

And also I have knowledge of Coal Analysis of Surface moisture, IM, VM, ASH, TM and GCV and maintain the log note.

I have experience in RO & UF Chemical cleaning, Regeneration, Membrane loading and Unloading.

I have Experience in the Media filling for the Media Filter Vessels. And Tube Settler Fins Fixing Work.

I have knowledge and Worked as well handled for all the Pumps and Valves like Centrifugal, High capacity high pressure pump-horizontal & vertical, Hydronuematic with VFD, Resiprocotive, Piston, Screw, Submersible, agitators & blowers and different types of valves.

Capacity : RO Plant 59 M3/Hr, DM Plant 32M3/Hr Co gen 23 MW

ETP Plant 1750m3/day

Job Responsibilities:

Regularly Control and Monitoring the Operations & Maintenance of RO, DM Plant and Water & Coal Laboratory activities.

Analysis the ETP process samples of pH, Conductivity, TDS & TSS, COD, BOD, MLSS, MLVSS, VA, and DO 

Any problems and troubles occur in the plant operations side, its analyzed and then troubleshooted in effectively.

Regularly send the Water Generations & Consumptions, Daily activities and Water analysis report (MIS) to clients and my senior officers.

Regularly send the Chemical Consumptions, Chemicals & Filters Stock to clients. And Monthly based send that Cumulative reports. And also maintained the Log note and management reports.

To Coordinate with Manager discussed about the any other Operation issues, further implementation of Operations & Maintenance, Shutdown jobs and various jobs.

And Overall lead the RO-DM Plant & laboratory areas Operations and Man Power Management.

Site : Adani Power Plant pvt ltd, Gujarat 

Period of Service : July-2010 TO December-2010.

Capacity : 700.0 m3/hr for Desalination plant

Job Responsibilities:

Regularly Operate and Maintained the DESALINATION Plant for Tube settler, PSF, DMF, MCF and RO Sections.

To Maintained the log note and Observe the plant conditions and all are the operated use in PLC (Operating sys)and sometimes Manual.

Analysis the process samples of pH, Conductivity, TDS & FRC . 

Coordinated with team leader and discuss about the any other further implementation of operation & various jobs.

3. Company Name : Doshion Veolia Water Solutions pvt ltd, 

Designation : As an Operator cum Chemist

Site : EID parry sugar pvt ltd, Aranthanki, Pudhukotti

Period of Service : December-2008 TO July-2010 

Job Responsibilities:

Regularly Operate and Maintained the RO & DM plant for Tube settler, MGF, RO Sections and DM Sections to maintaining plants also and maintain the log note and observe the plant condition.

All are the operated use in DCS (Operating sys), sometimes Manual
