About elveena wilton:
A passionate and dedicated Special Educator with RCI license (Government recognised license in India) committed to helping differently abled pupils, develop a life long enthusiasm for learning. A responsible teacher who believes that every child can learn and creates a positive and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to grow academically. I have experience in teaching students with Learning disability, Autism, Adhd, down syndrome and other behavioural disabilities. I have taught within the age group of 2 years to 18years.

My duties were:
Getting the classroom ready for lessons
• Helping students with reading comprehension, reading to them ,telling them stories.
•Explaining difficult concepts to students using activities, diagrams, real life examples etc.
• Assisting teachers to plan learning activities and complete records.
• Assisting in the fostering of the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of all children attending the School, including those with special educational needs.
•Supporting teachers in managing class behaviour especially with severe cases of autism or behavior difficulties.
• Conducting group activities
• Helping students who are upset or have had accidents with empathy and patience
• Preparing materials and activities for the day.
Helping students with their reading and writing skills, reading to them ,telling them stories.

• Assisting teachers to plan learning activities and complete records.
• Assisting in the fostering of the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of all children attending the School, including those with special educational needs.

• Recording all accidents and incidents in detail and notify manager of all serious cases immediately.
• To use, and assist students in the use of information technology systems to learn in the safest and most appropriate manner.
